Is there really a 14-day free trial?+
Yes. You can use every feature in your chosen tier for 14 days without being charged. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
Are prices in CAD or USD?+
All prices are Canadian dollars. HST/GST is added at checkout based on your province of practice.
Do I need to verify my medical license?+
Yes. After signup you submit your college and registration number (CPSO, CPSBC, CMQ, etc.). Access to clinical features activates once our team verifies against the provincial public register - typically within one business day. Students and residents can self-attest to their training program.
Can I cancel or change my plan?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.
Is my patient data secure?+
ArdenMD stores data in Canada (AWS ca-central-1 via Supabase), is PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant, and enforces AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We only ask for de-identified case data - no PHI required.
Is ArdenMD a replacement for clinical judgment?+
No. ArdenMD is a Clinical Decision Support System - it surfaces evidence-based guidance to augment your judgment. All recommendations must be verified by the treating physician.
Do you offer discounts for teaching hospitals or residency programs?+
Yes. Contact sales@ardenmd.ca with your program details and we will arrange institutional pricing.
What happens when the trial ends?+
We email you three days before the trial ends. If you take no action, the card on file is charged for your chosen tier and your subscription begins. No surprises - we never auto-upgrade plans.
